每當有情緒出現的時候，就會有一個作者給的「小小建議」。透過這個小小建議，可以和家裡的情緒小寶寶討論「換位思考」的小遊戲：早上起床想生氣，朋友不想跟你玩，你也會生氣嗎？生氣很正常，但是記得要深呼吸、放鬆自己，趕走氣噗噗的生氣寶寶。

Whenever an emotion arises, there is a "little suggestion" from the author. Through this little suggestion, families can engage in a "perspective-taking" game: If you wake up feeling angry and your friend doesn't want to play with you, would you be angry too? Feeling angry is normal, but remember to take a deep breath, relax, and chase away that angry little buddy.
